Oversees FDOT and other municipal and private developments.

After earning his Bachelor of Science Civil Engineering degree from The University of Florida, he has been involved in all aspects of infrastructure and horizontal construction ranging from State Highway Projects to large scale subdivision developments. His experience includes, but are not limited to engineering, estimating and project management. James also holds an Advanced Maintenance of Traffic Certification.
