Brewster began his development and construction career in the 1980’s in Tampa. He has developed, constructed and owned nearly every asset class including, but not limited to multi-family, retail, office, residential subdivisions and industrial. He holds a Florida Certified Building Contractor License as well as a Florida Insurance 2-20 Property and Casualty License and an Economics Degree from The Florida State University.
