He is directly managing the delivery of dozens of developments, totaling over 5,000 residential units, 4 million gross square feet and over $1 Billion in total development cost. Additionally, Ely has developed thousands of affordable housing units utilizing the LIHTC Program through the Florida Housing Finance Coporation and maintains ownership in several developments throughout Florida.
